Mystic Valley Elder Services staff brings diverse skills, professional expertise and cultural competence to our work with older adults, caregivers, and adults living with disabilities across the region. The majority of our more than 300 employees work at our main office in Malden, while others provide direct services in senior housing and other community settings.
Our staff is led by our Chief Executive Officer and supported and supervised by a team of directors committed to ensuring that the agency fulfills its obligation to the people who reside in our communities.
A deeply engaged Board of Directors oversees Mystic Valley Elder Services’ mission and financial health. Board members are appointed by their local Councils on Aging and from the community at large to ensure that we remain responsive to the evolving needs of constituent communities. A majority of the membership consists of people 60 years of age or over to ensure that we maintain a focus on our mission.
We are also guided by an all-volunteer Advisory Council comprised of legislators, health and elder care experts, older adults and community leaders.
