Provider Contracting

During the Request for Proposal (RFP) Process, Mystic Valley Elder Services invites proposals from Homemaker/Personal Care and Non-Homemaker entities who wish to contract for the provision certain home care services (listed below). Proposals will be evaluated based on the quality of proposal, past performance, financial and technical resources, ability to meet service needs in MVES catchment area, cost, and agency need. Board of Directors Assessment and Advisory Services

MVES has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified consultants to review and assess current policies and procedures related to the MVES Board of Directors, with a focus on organizational structure, operational functions, and improved engagement. The assessment must critically evaluate the effectiveness of the existing Board structure and policies against statutory requirements and current industry standards. The assessment will identify priority focus areas, recommendations, and action steps to enhance impact over the next three years. MVES seeks consultants who demonstrate an overall understanding of the structure and purpose of nonprofit organizations, have strong facilitation skills, and have proven experience with nonprofit strategic planning.
