Attorney Kimberly L. Kelly will give an Estate Planning presentation on Tuesday, May 18 at 2:30 p.m. from the comfort of your own home via ZOOM. She will speak on the basic documents for an estate plan and discuss the general requirements and process for obtaining long-term care benefits.

Attorney Kelly has been an elder law attorney for more than 20 years.  Upon graduating from law school, she clerked for one year for the Probate and Family Court, serving Middlesex, Essex and Suffolk Counties. After her clerkship she worked for a small law firm in Somerville and then opened her own law office in Stoneham in 2010.  Her office is located at 92 Montvale Avenue in Stoneham. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.  Attorney Kelly’s practice focuses on Guardianship, Conservatorship, Probate and Estate Administration, MassHealth Planning, Disability/Special Needs Planning, Estate Planning and Trust Administration.
