Area Plan 2022-2025
As a federally designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA), we develop a comprehensive Area Plan on Aging every four years. The Area Plan evaluates the needs of older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers in our service area. It presents specific strategies for supporting people as they age, as well as an overall vision of how we will work to promote physical, mental and economic wellbeing in our communities.
