Join the MVES Independence Legacy Society for a Special Event
It’s well known that kindness has a profound impact on our communities and our world, but did you know it can also affect your health?
Explore the science of kindness with Mystic Valley Elder Services (MVES) on Nov. 20. The MVES Independence Legacy Society will be hosting a luncheon and presentation with Dr. Immaculata De Vivo, author of “The Biology of Kindness, Six Daily Choices for Health, Well-Being, and Longevity.” Kindness has been called a gift, an act of heroism, and a universal language. Dr. De Vivo will explain how choosing to be kind can also be beneficial to your health and wellness.
Admission is free but space is limited; please see the flyer above for details and register online at www.bit.ly/ILS-2024. A free copy of Dr. De Vivo’s book will be given to the first 25 people who register and attend the event.
