Mystic Valley Elder Services is one of the largest elder service agencies in Massachusetts, catering to an exceptionally diverse region of the state. More than 70,000 older adults, adults living with disabilities, and caregivers reside in our service area, representing dozens of ethnic and linguistic groups and a full range of socioeconomic need.

Outreach & Services

We believe in meeting our community where they live, with services that respect their needs and circumstances. One way we make our services more accessible to our diverse constituents is through language. Currently, we have staff members who speak 17 languages:

We invest in our community relationships by providing community-based education programs and evidenced based Healthy Aging programs as well as participating in local fairs and events. We also host trainings for community leaders and stay in regular contact with government officials, community leaders and civic organizations.

Community Partners

Mystic Valley Elder Services is a proud member of Mass Home Care, a network of all 30 elder service agencies in the state, and of the Aging and Disability Resource Centers, a group of organizations committed to independent living and consumer direction for adults of all ages.

We also collaborate with local Councils on Aging and senior centers, certified home health agencies, adult day health and social day care programs, mental health agencies, long term care facilities, and area hospitals.
