For 45 years, Mystic Valley Elder Services (MVES) has supported the right of older adults and adults living with disabilities to live independently with dignity in a setting of your choice by providing you and your caregivers with information, advice and access to quality elderly care resources regardless of income, ethnicity, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
MVES serves the following communities: Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Revere, Stoneham, Wakefield, and Winthrop.

When we contact you, a trained specialist from our Information and Referral department will ask you questions and will listen very closely to learn about your current situation, discuss your needs, and answer any questions that you have. This initial communication with you is where our partnership begins.
If you ask us to do so, we will setup a time for an Options Counselor to connect with you by phone, email, text or in person visits when it is safe to do so to learn more about what you need and determine what we can do to help make you safer, healthier, and happier.
Together, We Form a Plan
Your plan might include in-home services such as personal care assistance, homemaking, shopping, laundry, home-delivered meals, money management assistance, or advice on selecting the right health insurance plan for you. Most importantly, remember that our site provides only an overview of common options for you – since everyone’s circumstances are different, the options that we develop to fit your needs will be unique to you. We will work to find the highest quality options at the lowest price with a focus on connecting you with public benefit programs to help underwrite the cost of care options.
